How do I clean my jewellery?

We recommend using a lint-free damp cloth to clean all of our jewellery, with a little window cleaner. Avoid emersing the jewellery in water, and do not use any other chemicals or cleaning products.

How is your jewellery packaged?

How quickly will orders on your website be delivered?

Any item that is in stock should take only a few days to arrive, if you are in the UK. For international orders, leave up to a week to ten days.


Pieces that are not currently in stock can take up to 1 month to create. Please contact us if you would to order a piece of jewellery that is currently not in stock.

How is your jewellery delivered, and how much does it cost?

Orders within the UK are delivered via Registered Post, and so should arrive within a few days. International orders are usually sent via DHL, although you can specify a different carrier should you want. These can take a week to ten days to arrive.

The cost of delivery is displayed during the checkout process, and is a fixed cost per item, no matter which piece of jewellery you order.

Will your jewellery give me a rash?

Our jewellery is made to a much higher standard than most modern jewellery. You read more about the superior metals and stones we use by clicking here.

All of the metals and stones we use a hypoalergenic, and our earring 'posts' and 'butterflies' are made of surgical steel, so the chance of an alergic reaction to our jewellery is extremely low.

Why are your tiaras lined with velvet?

The velvet band attached to all of our tiaras makes them much more comfortable to wear, and it grips to your hair better than naked metal, ensuring the tiara stays in place. You can choose from a range of colours of velvet (during the order process) to match your hair colour.

Will you be adding any more proucts to the website?

A number of other beautiful pieces of jewellery will soon be added to our website. These include necklaces and pendants, rings, brooches, belts and a range of gorgeous vintage pieces. Sign up to our newsletter or 'Like' our Facebook page if you want to be kept informed on developments.

Do I need to get my tiara fitted after I have ordered it?

Normally no. Our tiaras have flexible frames which you can adjust easily yourself. However, if you would prefer to pop in for a personal fitting, you can do this by contacting us.

What is your returns policy?

We generally do not give refunds on jewellery sold via our website. If a piece arrives damaged in any way, we will be more than happy to repair it for you. We can exchange jewellery if it has been given as a gift. Please read out full Terms & Conditions if you would like to know more.
