Orders
Each order takes between four and six weeks to complete depending on the size and complexity of the pieces produced.
As individual fitting is frequently required, pieces are tailored to the clients needs either in the velvet to match the hair colour or length of necklace. Chokers in particular need special fitting so that they sit properly and do not sag down when worn. All fittings are by appointment only.
On placing an order a deposit of half the total amount is required before work proceeds. The balance is payable on completion. However, should the order be cancelled after work has commenced a portion of the deposit will be retained to cover expenses incurred.
Payment can be made using either a cheque or bankers draft but not credit or debit cards. It must be noted that there is usually a charge for drafts by the bank and this must be covered by the client not by Andrew Prince jewellery Ltd.
